Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
FIDA currently operates in the following countries and regions: the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan.

Where is my order?
Note that orders ship within 1-2 business daysafterbeing placed. After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.
How much is shipping?
For orders in the US and UK, shipping is free on orders over $20 (£16).
If the order amount is under $20 (£16), shipping will be $5 (£4).

Do FIDA products support return and exchange services?
Yes, if the product you purchased has any quality problems during the warranty period, you can obtain return and exchange services by contacting FIDA customer service email.

What information do I need to provide when applying for return or exchange service?
Product purchase voucher (need to include your order number), product photos (if you are applying for a return or exchange due to product quality problems, the specific quality problems must be clearly expressed in the photos), and your latest express delivery address.

Can I apply for FIDA’s after-sales service for products I purchased on a website other than FIDA’s website?
As long as you purchase a genuine FIDA product and it is within the warranty period, you can apply for after-sales service.
However, for users who purchase products on the FIDA website, after-sales issues will be handled more promptly, because your order data can be queried, making the processing more convenient and faster.
What is the warranty period for FIDA products?
The warranty period for FIDA products is one year from the date your order is placed (one year from the date shown on your purchase receipt).
