Return, exchange

Yes, if the product you purchased has any quality problems during the warranty period, you can obtain return and exchange services by contacting FIDA customer service email.

As long as you purchase a genuine Fida product and it is within the warranty period, you can apply for after-sales service.
However, for users who purchase products on the Fida website, after-sales issues will be handled more promptly.

The warranty period for FIDA products is one year from the date your order is placed (one year from the date shown on your purchase receipt).

FIDA AutoBrake Leash is a positive-based training solution.

When the dog has sudden pulling bursts and the pet walker can't react quickly enough, the FIDA AutoBrake Leash will automatically trigger the Auto Braking mode just like found in a “cars seat belt" to temporarily lock the leash.
