Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at FIDA Pet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the terms below.

These terms apply to all products purchased through our website.

Definitions

 Company, We, Us, or Our refers to FIDA Pet (SPACE 4 PETS INC.), 816 N. Ridge Rd., Wichita, Kansas 67212, USA.

 The website refers to fidapet.com.

 Goods refer to items offered for sale on our website.

 Order means a request made by You to purchase Goods.

 Refers to the customer placing the order.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

 The item was purchased within the last 30 days, and

 The item is unused and in original packaging, and

 Proof of purchase is provided.


Returns

 Returns are free when using our provided return label.

 Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

 Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

 Contact customer service and indicate the replacement size or product.

 Exchanges may incur a shipping label fee, automatically calculated based on shipping cost.

 You may also use your own courier at your own expense.

 Replacement items are shipped once the return is received and approved.

If the exchanged item:

 Costs less, we refund the difference.

 Costs more, we charge the difference.


How to Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email customersupport@fidapetus.com with:

 Reason for return or exchange

 Proof of purchase

 Product photos if applicable

Our support team typically replies within 12 hours.

Step 2 — Prepare Shipment

 Print the return label we provide.

 Pack the items securely.

 Attach the return label to the package.

Step 3 — Ship the Package

Drop off the package at a USPS, UPS, or preferred carrier location.

Step 4 — Processing

Once received, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.

Step 5 — Refund Confirmation

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 Customized or personalized products

 Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired

 Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons

 Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

 Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, chewing or biting by pets, sharp objects, water damage, or accidents

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping if you arrange shipment yourself. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of receipt.
