The three-day GPE (i.e. Orlando Global Pet Expo) ended at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on March 25.  Produced by the American Pet Products Association (APPA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), it is the premier international gathering for the pet industry. It shows the latest and most innovative pet products in the market today. The exhibition is open to pet practitioners such as independent retailers, distributors and industry buyers, but not to the public. At the Global Pet Expo, more than 1000 companies from all over the world showed the latest and best products for all types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, small animals and horses, with more than 3000 product releases.
